This closet is NOT 20" x 20" x 71" as specified by the Amazon web page. Its actual dimensions are 29-1/8"W x 20"D x 71"H as I was disappointed to find out upon opening the box. The prospect of repacking it and returning the 130+ pound package was too daunting, so I went ahead and put it together. The end result is it has about 6 inches of overlap with a window that I was hoping to avoid, but it's not too bad...The product itself went together well. All the holes lined up so there were no particular problems assembling it. Spares were provided for many of the hardware items so the defective nail I encountered and the screw dress cover I broke did not present a problem. The instructions fail to mention that you should allow about two hours for the assembly. TIP: When hanging the doors, one of the pieces of styrofoam used in the packaging is just the right size to support the door at the right height so the holes for the hinges line up. Set the door...
